Kabab House | Our Story
Seattle's first authentic Pakistani restaurant
Kabab House has served Kirkland since 1996 — the first authentic Pakistani restaurant in the greater Seattle area. Locally owned and 100% Halal, built on genuine recipes and bold spices.
How we started
When Kabab House opened in 1996, authentic Pakistani cooking was genuinely hard to find in Seattle. Nearly three decades later, it's still here — still locally owned, still serving the food that started it all.
The food we're known for
From charcoal-grilled seekh kabab and chicken malai boti to slow-simmered karahi and dum biryani, every dish is built on traditional Pakistani techniques. The goat biryani and garlic naan recipes haven't changed.
100% Halal, always
Everything served at Kabab House is fresh and Halal — not a menu note, but a foundational commitment that has defined this kitchen since day one.
A gathering place in Kirkland
Beyond the daily menu, Kabab House hosts Ramadan Iftar buffets, cultural events, and celebrations that bring the community together. The table is always set.
